摘要
对龙岩学院旅游管理专业学生专业认同情况进行问卷调查,通过因子分析法萃取影响旅游管理专业学生专业认同的三个要素(专业远景认同度、专业归属与发展认同度、专业教学认同度)并进行了分析,最后提出加强学生专业认同的方法。
This paper investigates the professional identity of tourism management in Longyan University,and used the method of factor analysis to analyze. Result shows that the influential factors of professional identity in tourism management include professional prospects,ownership and professional study,professional teaching. Finally,the paper puts forward to cultivating professional sense of belonging of students.
