Study on the Moral Education in the College Based on the Fusion of Campus Culture and Enterprise Culture

校企文化内涵的相似性是校企文化融合的基础。通过搭建校企德育合作互动平台,打造全方位德育的教学体系,以德育实践为抓手,突出德育合作中职业道德的培养来构建德育合作保障机制可以真正实现德育融合教育。

The similarity between the cultural connotation of the enterprise and the college is the basis of their integration. There are four strategies can promote the fusion of the moral education： The moral education platform of the interaction between the college and enterprise; the omni- direction education system of the moral; practice in moral education; focus on the professional ethic.
