对《房地产估价》课程教学的思考

Research on the Teaching of Real Estate Appraisal

通过对《房地产估价》课程教学中存在的问题进行分析,提出通过建立房地产估价模拟实验室,加强双师型教师队伍建设,完善课程教学内容,改进课程教学方式,提高学生的学习热情等措施改进《房地产估价》教学。

Based on the problems in course of the real estate appraisal teaching,the paper puts forward some measures to improve the real estate appraisal course teaching such as establishing real estate appraisal simulation laboratory,strengthening the construction of double type teachers,perfecting the teaching content and changing the way of teaching to improve the students＇ learning enthusiasm.
