Simultaneous Determination of Seven Active Components in Lu'an Guapian by HPLC

利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定了六安瓜片中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)、表儿茶素(EC)、儿茶素(C)、表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG)、表没食子儿茶素(EGC)、咖啡碱(CA)和可可碱(TB)的含量.该实验通过优选提取方法、色谱分析参数,使得六安瓜片中的七种活性成分获得了理想分离,并比较了四种不同名茶中七种活性成分的含量.实验结果表明HPLC法准确、稳定、重现性好,可用于六安瓜片的质量控制;四种不同名茶中七种活性成分的含量差异明显.

A high performance liquid chromatography （ HPLC） method was established to simultaneously determine five catechins, caffeine and theobromine in Lu’an Guapian. The extracting way and chromatographic parameters were optimized and seven active compounds in four kinds of famous tea were determined. The result showed that the extraction method and the chromatographic condition were established for well separating seven active ingredients whose contents were obviously different in the four kinds of tea. It is concluded that the method is accurate, stable and reproducible and can be used for quality control of Lu’an Guapian.
