胶南市某污水处理厂改扩建工程设计

摘要 胶南市某污水处理厂由于进水污染物浓度较高,原工程出水水质仅执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)二级标准,但SS和TP仍存在超标现象.由于该污水厂已超负荷运行,且地方政府对环境保护提出更高要求等原因,导致污水处理厂出水水质不能稳定达标,需进行改扩建.改扩建工程采用了改良A^2O+深度处理工艺(包括纤维转盘滤池组合以及化学除磷措施),运行效果良好,出水水质稳定,达到一级B标准的要求. The effluent quality only met the second class of the criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollu-tants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918-2002 ) because the pollutants in wastewater were com-plex in the wastewater treatment plant ( WWTP) in Jiaonan City, and especially the contents of suspended solids and total phosphorus were very high. Due to the overloaded operation of the wastewater treatment plant and the higher requirements for environmental protection promulgated by the local government, the effluent could not reach the standard stablyand the plant needed reconstruction and expansion. The reconstruction and expansion project a-dopted the combined process of improvement A^2/O and advanced treatment, which included fiber rotary disc filter, biological and chemical phosphorus removal measures. The effluent quality was stable and met the requirements of the B standard of the first class according to the discharge standards.
