桃春梢直径与果实品质的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis between Spring Shoot Diameter and Fruit Quality of Peach

为了探讨影响桃(Amygdalus persica Linn)成熟果实品质变化的内在因素及机理,并为制定科学管理措施提供理论依据,连续3年(2013-2015年)对桃采果时春梢直径与果实品质的相关性进行了调查研究。结果表明,春梢直径与果实可食率呈显著正相关,与春梢长度、果实纵径和果实横径呈极显著负相关。对春梢直径与春梢(长度和节间长度)、果实(单果质量、纵径、横径、果汁含糖量、可食率)和种子(质量、长度、宽度、厚度)等指标做二次曲线回归方程和直线回归方程的比较分析,其结果更符合二次回归方程,除春梢直径与春梢节间长度和果实可食率拟合不显著外,与其他指标的拟合结果均达显著或极显著水平。综合分析得出,桃春梢直径越大,对单果质量、果实纵径和横径、果实可食率、种子质量和果汁含糖量的影响越大。因此,可通过调查春梢直径和利用二次曲线回归方程来预测单果质量、果实纵径和横径、种子大小和果汁含糖量等指标;且春梢直径可作为影响果实品质变化相关的关键因子之一。

In order to explore the intrinsic factors and its mechanism that result in the change of the peach ripe fruit quality, and to provide theoretical basis for scientific management measures,the correlation between spring shoot diameter and fruit quality was studied in three consecutive years（2013 to 2015） during peach fruit picking. The results showed that, spring shoot diameter was significantly positively related with edible fruit rate,and was highly significantly negatively related with the spring shoots longitudinal diameter, fruit length,fruit diameter. Comparative analysis between linear equation and quadratic curve equation that between spring shoot diameter and each of spring shoot（length and internode length）,fruit（single fruit weight,vertical diameter,horizontal diameter,sugar content of fruit juice and edible fruit rate） and seed（weight,length, width and thickness） was carried out,the results indicated that quadratic curve equation was more suitable,except the fitting degree of quadratic curve equations between spring twig diameter and each of internode length and edible fruit rate were not significant,others all reached significant level. In the whole,the bigger spring shoot diameter was, the greater the effects was on single fruit weight, fruit vertical and horizontal diameter,edible fruit rate, seed weight and sugar content of fruit juice. So,we could predict the fruit weight, fruit vertical and horizontal diameter, seed size and fruit juice sugar content by investigating the spring shoot diameter and the quadratic curve equation. The spring shoot diameter could be as one of the key factors affecting the change of fruit quality.
