pH和生长因子对茯苓1号、茯苓5.78号菌丝生长的影响

Effects of pH and Growth Factor on Mycelia Growth of Poria cocos Strain 1 and 5.78

为了研究茯苓1号、茯苓5.78号菌丝的最适pH和生长因子,采用在不同pH和生长因子条件下,对茯苓1号、茯苓5.78号菌株进行斜面试管培养试验。结果表明,茯苓1号菌丝的最适生长因子为维生素C,最适pH为5;茯苓5.78号菌丝的最适生长因子为维生素C,最适pH为4。可见茯苓1号、茯苓5.78号都是偏酸性的,最适生长因子都是维生素C。

To study the most suitable pH and growth factor of poria cocos strain 1 and 5.78, the bevel media culture experiment of poria cocos strain 1 and 5.78 were performed under different pH and growth factor conditions. The results showed that, the optimum growth factor was VC,the most suitable pH was 5 for the mycelia growth of poria cocos strain 1. The optimum growth factor was VC and the optimum pH was 4 for the mycelia growth of poria cocos strain 5.78. All related data showed that poria cocos strain 1 and 5.78 were faintly acid and the optimum growth factor of each was VC.
