高职院校二级学院综合办公室管理工作探析

General Office Management Analysis of the Secondary Institute in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来,我国职业教育事业快速发展,体系建设稳步推进,二级学院作为高职院校独立的教学部门发挥着越来越重要的作用。在此过程中,二级学院综合办公室(简称"综合办")的地位也显得尤为突出,之所以称为"综合办"是因为相比其他教学部门它承担了更多界限模糊、内容繁杂又非常重要的任务。文章从工作特点、存在问题、解决对策三个方面对综合办工作的现状及未来发展进行了探析。

In recent years, vocational education in our country has been developing rapidly and system construction has been steadily progressed. As an independent teaching department of higher vocational colleges, the secondary institute is playing an increasingly important role. During this process, the secondary instuture general office （the＂ SIGO＂ for short ） appears to be extremely significant. Called＂ SIGO＂ because comparing with the others, it is taking more lines-blurred, content-complicated and very important tasks. This artical analyzed the general office＇s present situation and future development from the work characteristics, problems and solving countermeasures.
