摘要 分析了轻型货车安全性,介绍了碰撞有限元法的基本原理和有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对原车进行耐撞性改进设计,增加了缓冲区,根据车身缓冲区的三维结构,用UG软件建立了车身缓冲区的力学模型,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对车身缓冲区进行了模拟碰撞分析,将输出结果与原车身前部的碰撞结果相对比,证明对车身的改进设计是合理的,简化了设计流程,对轻型货车的耐撞性设计有很好的指导意义。 The safety of light-duty truck is analyzed, basic principle of the collision finite element method and collision finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA are introduced. Improved design of the original car is conducted, the buffer is added. According to three-dimensional structure of body buffer, the mechanics model of the buffer is built using UG software, and simulated collision analysis of buffer is conducted using the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. With the original in the front of the car body collision, the output result is contrasted with original body collision results. It proved that improvement design to body is reasonable, design process is simplified, and it has a good guidance to crashworthiness design of light-duty truck.
