摘要
随着城市快速发展,地下管线建设规模不足、管理水平不高等问题凸显,一些城市相继发生大雨内涝、管线泄漏爆炸、路面塌陷等事件,严重影响了人民群众生命财产安全和城市运行秩序.国外很多城市制订了城市地下空间规划并付诸实施.由于综合管廊位于地下,管线的空间位置信息不易直观看见,管线自身的寿命、负荷的运行情况等以及与地下管线健康运行的关键信息不易获得.可见,BIM技术应用于综合管廊建设和运维中具有必要性.
With the rapid development of the city, highlighting the lack of the size of the underground pipeline construction and management level is not high, some cities have occurred rain waterlogging, pipeline leak explosion, road subsidence event, a serious impact on people's lives and property safety and the city running order. Many foreign cities have developed urban underground space planning and put into practice. Because the urban utility tunnel is located in the underground, the space position information of the pipeline is not easy to see, the life of the pipeline, load operation and the key information of the underground pipeline health operation is not easy to obtain. Therefore, the application of BIM technology in the urban utility tunnel is necessary. This paper mainly expounds the characteristics of BIM technology, and puts forward the application of the specific application in the urban utility tunnel and the necessity of its application
