摘要
在当今竞技体育比赛项目中,有很多运动项目都是属于田径比赛的,比如所短跑,跨栏,铅球、铁饼、标枪等等.田径运动员为了提升自身的运动成绩,速度力量是田径运动员必要的训练项目,是其提升成绩的关键所在.不同的田径项目和运动员自身身体素质的不同,所制定的速度力量训练的计划和方法都是不同的,因此田径运动中一个合理的速度力量的训练方法对运动员来说尤为重要.本文对速度力量的概念和构成因素做了相关的简单介绍,在此基础上对田径运动速度力量的训练方法做了创新性的研究,并最后给出了在速度力量训练中要注意的相关事项.
Among competitive sports' events, most belong to the athletics, such as sprinting, hurdles, shot put, discus, javelin, and so on. In order to enhance their athletic performance, athletes' key training program is speed strength. Different athletic field events and different physical fitness of the athletes require different training plans and methods of speed strength. In this ease, it is particularly important for athletes to have a reasonable speed strength training method. This paper introduces the basic concept and components of speed strength. Based on the innovative research of speed strength training methods in the athletics, it is concluded several relevant matters to be noted.
