Introduction and Overwinter Experiment of Pennisetum sp.in Langfang Teachers University

廊坊师范学院引种巨菌草,生长期160 d,株高平均为398.6 cm,单株鲜重平均0.786 kg,平均每丛分蘖数为7.6个。采取多种简易方法进行巨菌草种节的越冬保存试验,结果发现坑穴整株掩埋可获得较好的保存效果,次年种植出苗率为60.7%,且操作简便,费用低,适合不具备温室大棚条件的种植户推广应用;而短茎节花盆扦插室内越冬,成活率和移栽成活率均在98%以上,但需要场地大,费用高,不适于种植户大规模种植采用。

Pennisetum sp. has an average height of398. 6 cm,average fresh weight of 0. 786 kg per plant during 160 days＇ growth period,and an average tiller number was of7. 6. Several simple methods were used in overwinter experiment of Pennisetum sp. The results found that whole stem of the plant buried in underground pit obtained higher survival rate,the germination rate of the plant was 60. 7% during the following spring,and the operation is simply and costs less,suitable for farmers who have no greenhouses. Short internodes were implanted in flowerpot and put indoors during winter,the survival rate and transplanting survival rate of the internodes exceed 98% in the next spring,but it requires large area and high cost,not suitable for farmers to plant in large-scale.
