摘要
通过48孔板微培养的方法对336株芽孢杆菌菌株进行黄曲霉毒素B1生物降解菌的快速筛选,获得14株能在以香豆素作为惟一碳氮源的培养基中生长的芽孢杆菌菌株。在投料浓度为100μg/kg条件下,对这14株芽孢杆菌进行复筛,获得1株黄曲霉毒素B1降解率为83.20%的芽孢杆菌菌株。通过16S r DNA序列比对分析,初步确定这株芽孢杆菌为巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)。
Rapid screening of Aflatoxin B1 biodegration strains was carried out through microcultivation in 48 rectangular well deep well plates. 336 Bacillus strains were screened and 12 strains could grow in the media using coumarin as the sole source of energy and carbon. The 14 strains were re-screened in the media containing 100 μg/kg Aflatoxion B1. One strain which the biodegration ratio of Aflatoxin B1 reached 83.2% was obtained. After gene sequencing and sequence alignment of16S rDNA,the strain was preliminarily identified as Bacillus megaterium.
