摘要
为比较不同砧木对葡萄品种梅鹿辄(Vitis vinifera L.cv.Merlot)生长和光合特性的影响,通过在7个砧木品种3309-144、SO4-762、SO4-CL-762、1103P-VCR119、1103P-VCR107、1103P-CFC60-30、1103P-CFC57-34上分别嫁接梅鹿辄,观测不同砧穗组合枝条生长量、光合参数和叶绿素相对含量的动态变化。结果表明,不同砧木对梅鹿辄葡萄长势和光合特性均有不同影响。其中1103P-VCR107嫁接的梅鹿辄净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和叶肉瞬时羧化效率(Pn/Ci)均较高,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)较低,表现出较好的光合能力,其光合效率明显高于其他砧穗组合;同时,叶绿素相对含量和枝条生长量也高于其他砧穗组合。由此认为,1103P-VCR107是气候干旱、土壤盐碱化地区最适合嫁接梅鹿辄的砧木品种。
In order to understand the influence of different stocks on grape growth, photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll content, Vitis vinifera L. cv. Merlot was grafted onto seven stocks, 3309-144, SO4-762, SO4-CL-762, 1103P-VCR119,1103P-VCR107, 1103P-CFC60-30 and 1103P-CFC57-34, and its performance was investigated. The results showed that stocks had significant influences on the growth, photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll content of V. vinifera Merlot. The net photosynthetic rate(Pn), stomatal conductance(Gs) and instantaneous carboxylation efficiency(Pn/Ci) of V. vinifera Merlot/1103P-VCR107 was higher than the others while the intercellular concentration of carbon dioxide(Ci) was lower, indicating that the photosynthesis productivity behaved better; Moreover, the growth and chlorophyll content were higher than the others. So 1103P-VCR107 was the most suitable stock for V. vinifera Merlot in the area of drought and soil salinization.
