泽泻汤结合电针治疗突发性耳聋60例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 60 Cases of Sudden Deafness by Zexie Decoction (泽泻汤) and Electroacupuncture

目的:观察金匮泽泻汤结合电针治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:将60例突发性耳聋患者随机分成两组,治疗组30例采用口服泽泻汤结合电针治疗,对照组30例采用电针治疗,疗程15 d,观察治疗前后纯音听阈测定值及疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为40.0%,对照组为23.3%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组纯音听阈测定250 Hz、500 Hz及平均频率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在1000 Hz、4000 Hz比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:泽泻汤结合电针治疗突发性耳聋对低频听力的改善疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Zexie decoction and electroacupuncture on sudden deafness. Methods： The 60 patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups. The 30 cases of patients were treated by Zexie decoction and electroacupuncture in treatment group and the 30 cases of patients were treated with single electroacupuncture in control group. The course of treatment was 15 days, to compare the effect and pure tone audiometry before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 40% in the treatment group and 23.3% in control group, and there was no significant difference on the overall efficacy between the two groups （P〉0.05）. There was significant difference on 250 Hz, 500 Hz and pure tone audiometry average frequency between the two groups （P〉0.05）, while no significant difference on 1000 Hz and 4000 Hz （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The Zexie decoction and electroacupuncture treatment showed better clinical effect than single electroacupuncture on sudden deafness.
