胜坨油田沉砂底筛堵的改进研究

Improvement for Bottom Sieve Plugging by Setting Sand in Shengtuo Oilfield

针对分注井长期注水导致沉砂底筛堵内部腐蚀结垢漏失,以及反复洗井导致沉砂底筛堵内部堵塞洗井不通的问题,找出了导致沉砂底筛堵失效的主要影响因素。通过对其内部小球、球座凡尔和弹簧支架进行材质和结构改进,并增加沉砂通道的面积,有效延长了分注井管柱寿命,提高了管柱可靠性。

Aiming at the problems of internal corrosion and leakage induced by scaling for sand setting on the bottom sieve for long-term water injection in zoning injection wells and the internal blockage of the bottom sieve caused by repeated well washing,the major influencing factors of bottom sieve failure were found out.The materials and structures of the internal ball,ball valve and spring support are improved,and the sand passage area is enlarged,the usage life of for zoning injection is effectively extended,the reliability of the casing string is improved.
