摘要
在一个时间单位周期内、对原料的需求保持相对均衡的前提下,针对木质生物质能源厂原材料库存控制进行研究,提出了组合安全库存控制理论和经济订单批量模型的库存控制策略,结合调研背景设置模型参数,即可求解出周期安全库存量、一次进货量、再订货点,以及该执行方案下的库存成本核算。通过应用分析及敏感性分析证明了该组合模型可以较为理想地为木质生物质能源厂提供库存决策辅助,对企业原料供应的平稳运作及优化成本两个方面都大有益处。
In a time period, the demand of woody biomass energy plants for raw materials remained relatively balanced, under this premise, this paper put forward the combination model by using safety inventory control theory and the economic order quantity model to make inventory control strategy. Combined with the setting model parameters of research background, the cycle of safety inventory, a purchase quantity, and reorder point could be solved out, as well as the inventory control cost. Through the application analysis and sensitivity analysis, it proved that the combined model was ideal for woody biomass energy plants to make inventory decisions and the enterprises could benefit from the smooth operation and optimization costs.
