摘要
如果说"组织文化"是组织成员与组织之间的一种心理契约,以及组织内部不成文的行事规则,那么,作为维持组织与其成员关系的内隐力量,先进的组织文化更是组织于复杂多变和高度关联的大环境之中得以生存且可持续发展的重要保障。该应用性研究从文化、组织文化和先进组织文化内在属性新解读,以及调研揭示的我国组织文化发展定位和存在的问题着手,以组织心理学和认知科学诸多理论为支撑,以"策略层"研究为主线、"模式层"研究为辅线,创新性地探索了我国新时期组织文化发展的"LIPISA策略"与"冰山模式",以及其内在关联与创新性发展途径。
Deeming the psychological contract and tacit codes of conduct located in or between organizations and their members,advanced organizational culture reinforces an organization' s survival and sustainability in the complex,changing and highly interrelated context.Commence with brandnew interpretations for the intrinsic attributions of culture,organizational culture and advanced organizational culture,as well as the survey-based positioning and problem analysis associated with China' s organizational culture development,this paper innovatively developed the Chinese organizational culture' s LIPISA Development Strategies and the Iceberg Mode.On strategic level and model level,respectively,the applied research mainly discusses the internal relationship and innovative approaches to the LIPISA Strategies and the Iceberg Mode,supported by relevant theoretical perspectives of organizational psychology and cognitive science.
