新常态下我国海洋保险业发展现状、问题及对策研究

Study on the Current Problems and Countermeasures of the Development of Marine Insurance in China under the New Normal

在经济新常态背景下,我国海洋保险业正处于快速发展阶段,海洋保险的作用越来越突出,但也面临着航运船舶市场低迷、渔业养殖保险体系尚未建立、政策支持尚未实现突破等问题。基于上述问题,针对政府层面和保险公司层面,从四个宏观角度和三个微观角度,分别提出促进我国海洋保险发展的对策建议,以期有助于促进我国海洋保险业的发展。

Against the background of economic new normal, the marine insurance industry of our country is in the fast developing stage and the role of marine insurance is becoming more and more prominent. But, this industry is still facing three issues： the shipping market is depressed, the aquaculture insurance system has not been established and the policy support has not achieved a breakthrough. In the light of the above problems, this article is aimed at the levels of government and insurance company, and from four macro and three micro angles put forward the related policy suggestions respectively in order to promote the development of marine insurance in our country.
