摘要
人力资源管理对于企业管理发展至关重要,本文分析了人力资源管理专业就业难的原因,阐述了在就业导向指导下我国高校人力资源管理教学改革的策略,供大家参考、讨论。
HR administration is very important to the development of the enterprises, the causes of the diffi- cult job--seeking of the major of human resource are analyzed in this article, and the tactics of the teaching reform of HR administration under the guidance of employment is illustrated here for you to discuss and for your reference.
