摘要
基于企业人类学的研究视角,通过问卷调查和个案的定量定性分析可知,老字号世代相袭的店规、祖训和衍生至今形成的独特的企业文化,都是其宝贵的"工匠精神",这些"精神"是老字号企业的核心竞争力和价值优势所在,在企业的传承与变迁历程中具有重要的社会功能。
Based on the perspective of enterprise anthropology,as well as questionnaire investigation and quantitative analysis,this paper suggests that the valuable craftsmanship spirit includes those store regulations and ancestors' instructions of the time-honored brands passed down from generation to generation,as well as the unique corporate culture formed in modern times.As the core-competitiveness and powerful strength of the time-honored brands,the craftsmanship spirit bears important social function in the course of enterprise inheritance and evolution.
