中越边境地区跨国旅游开发合作的政策取向探讨

The Policy Orientation of Tourism Development and Cooperation in Sino-Vietnam Border Areas

随着中国旅游业的发展,边境旅游开发已成为跨国合作和区域发展的新热点。通过文献分析法首先对边境旅游开发合作及政策现状进行了研究,随后分析了当前边境地区跨国旅游合作及相关政策中的主要问题,最后对中越边境地区跨国旅游合作开发政策取向,提出了强化相关规划和标准的制定、推动市场化开发、强化内外联动机制等四点建议。

With the tourism development in China,the development of border tourism has become anew hot spot for transnational cooperation and regional development.Based on the method of literature analysis,this paper studies the current cooperation and policies of transnational tourism development,analyzes the main problems in transnational tourism cooperation and related policies in the border areas,and finally proposes four suggestions on policy orientation of transnational tourism cooperation and development in Sino-Vietnam border areas：1.strengthening the formulation of relevant planning and standards;2.promoting market-oriented development;3.enhancing internal and external linkage mechanism;4.stressing infrastructure construction and brand building.
