摘要
采用超声辅助法,研究了核桃油的提取工艺,考察了液料比、超声时间、功率、温度对油脂萃取率的影响,并采用响应曲面法对工艺条件进行了优化。最优工艺参数为超声功率136.41 W、超声时间47.89 min、液料比7.17∶1(m L/g),此条件下萃取率为62.87%,各因素对萃取率的影响大小依次为时间>功率>液料比。用GC/MS分析了核桃油的脂肪酸百分含量,结果表明,核桃油中脂肪酸组成以油酸和亚油酸为主,亚油酸含量为42.26%,油酸含量为34.29%。
The ultrasound–assisted solvent extraction was applied to walnut oil processing. The effects of four independent variables,namely,ratio of solvent to material,extraction time,ultrasonic power and extraction temperature on the extraction rate of walnut oil were evaluated,and the response surface methodology was adapted to optimize the process conditions. The optimized conditions were as follows:Ultrasonic power of 80 ℃,extraction time of 47.89 min and ratio of solvent to material of 7.17∶1(mL/g). Under these conditions,the extraction rate of walnut oil was 62.87%,the influence degree of each factor on the order was time,power and solid–liquid ratio. GC/MS analysis for the components of walnut oil showed that the fatty acid was mainly composed of oleic acid and linoleic acid,with linoleic acid content of 42.26% and oleic acid content of 34.29%,respectively.
