摘要
为实现方案设计阶段轨道客车吸能系统的快速设计,基于LS-DYNA的碰撞接触分析技术,提出一种应用刚体和非线性弹簧相结合的客车碰撞性能分析方法.该方法根据列车重量、吸能元件的压溃力、可用压溃空间等输入参数,快速分析轨道客车的碰撞能量.采用该方法研究两列6辆编组地铁列车以25 km/h相对速度碰撞的能量分配问题,结果表明该方法对列车吸能系统能量分配高效可行.
Based on LS-DYNA collision analysis technology, an approach energy distribution analysis method is proposed for railway vehicle at design stage. It can quickly match energy distribution scheme for vehicles when their weight, crushing force and stroke of energy absorbers are known. A six-units train with velocity of 25 km/h impacting a six-units static train will be calculated for their vehicles energy distribution by the method. The analysis results show that the method is feasible and effective.
