具有焊接残余应力的K型插板节点受力性能研究

摘要 基于K型插板节点试验的有限元模型提出一种适用于此类节点的计算模型和计算方法。该计算方法考虑了焊接应力场和不同焊接路径对节点承载力的影响,简化了节点复杂的受力状态。在此基础上,与现有此类节点的计算方法进行了比较并考察了不同几何参数和负偏心对节点承载力的影响。结果表明:基于焊接残余应力的K型插板节点承载力计算方法具有较好的适用性;该方法考虑了主管轴力、主管管壁剪力和弯矩以及焊接残余应力之间的相互影响,可为我国输电塔结构设计提供一定的参考。 A calculation model is proposed on the base of the finite element model of K-joints with gusset plate, which takes consideration of stress fields and different welding paths that affect the bearing capacity of connections and simplifiy the performance of mechanics. Several negative eccentricities and geometric parameters that affect the bearing capacity of connections are further discussed and compared with current calculation methods of the bearing capacity of K-joint. Results show that the calculation method of the bearing capacity of K-joint based on welding residual stress is applicative, which takes the axial force, shear force and welding residual stress of the main tube into account. Thus it can offer some references for designing transmission towers.
