摘要
在周边高楼林立、车流量大、人员密集的环境下进行地基与地下大空间爆破开挖施工,不可避免地会对邻近房屋产生振动影响。针对爆破施工对邻近建筑的影响判断,本文首先对爆破施工周边某高层建筑在爆破施工前、后进行动力特性测试,并对所采集的振动数据进行分析,研究该建筑爆破前、后自振频率是否有异常;同时研究爆破时建筑物所在地基础峰值振动速度是否在安全允许范围以内;对爆破施工进行数据分析,分析该建筑是否在爆破安全距离以外,并对测试建筑在爆破施工前、后裂缝情况进行普查对比,分析爆破施工是否对房屋结构构件产生影响。研究结果表明:该建筑结构自振频率在爆破施工前、后无明显变化;爆破时建筑物所在地基础峰值振动速度在安全允许范围内;该建筑在爆破施工振动安全距离以外;爆破施工对该建筑结构构件裂缝未产生明显影响。
The influence of blasting vibration to the surrounding buildings is inevitable, especially when the blasting excavation of large foundations and underground space was implemented in the city with lots of high-rise buildings, large vehicle flow and large population density. Towards the inadequacies of these safety criterion, the dynamic characteristics of a high-rise building nearby the site of blasting construction was tested and analysis before and after blasting. At the same time, the blasting safety distance of the building was calculated and the cause of the cracks was investigated. It is found that the characteristics of the high-rise building is normal before and after blasting. It is also indicated that the building is out of the blasting safety distance and the cracks of the building is not caused by blasting construction.
