摘要
为明确不同滤棒成型参数对卷烟常规烟气成分烟碱、焦油、总粒相物、一氧化碳(CO)释放量的影响规律,采用正交试验方法,通过直观分析、方差分析和贡献率计算,比较了卷烟滤棒成型材料中丝束规格、丝束填充量、三乙酸甘油酯添加量对常规烟气成分释放量的影响。结果表明,丝束规格是影响总粒相物、烟碱、焦油、一氧化碳释放量的显著因素,其中对烟碱和一氧化碳释放量的影响最大,对总粒相物和焦油释放量的影响次之;丝束填充量是影响总粒相物和焦油释放量的显著因素,对两者的影响最大,而对烟碱和一氧化碳释放量无显著影响,随着丝束填充量的增多,烟气成分释放量有明显的下降趋势;三乙酸甘油酯添加量是影响总粒相物、烟碱、焦油、一氧化碳释放量的非显著因素,对常规烟气成分释放量的影响较弱。
In order to explicit the influence of filter stick forming parameters on cigarette deliveries of routine smoke constituents(tar, nicotine, total particulate matter and carbon monoxide), the effects of 3 filter stick forming parameters(tow types, tow filling amount and triacetin additive amount) on deliveries of routine smoke constituents were analyzed by orthogonal experimental design method. According to visual analysis, variance analysis and contribution rate analysis, tow type is significant factor to tar, nicotine, total particulate matter and carbon monoxide, with the influence was the highest on nicotine and carbon monoxide, followed by total particulate matter and tar. Tow filling amount is the first significant factor to total particulate matter and tar, but had no significant effect on nicotine and carbon monoxide. With the increase of tow filling amount, smoke release amount decreases. Triacetin additive amount is non-significant factor to total particulate matter, nicotine, tar, carbon monoxide, and has weak effect on the smoke release amount.
