俄罗斯黄花草木樨生理活性成分原料的开发与利用 被引量:3

摘要 简述了作者对1999年引进的俄罗斯斯列金1号黄花草木樨(Melilotus officinalis)进行综合开发利用研究的情况。重点介绍了在公益性行业(农业)专项经费项目支持下所获得的新进展。讨论了黄花草木樨中生理活性成分及主要营养成分的结构、功能及用途,以及田间生产、实验室检测、提取与纯化。通过田间试验与室内检验,查明了牧草中生理活性成分的含量为32.02 kg/t、粗蛋白质175.075 kg/t、必需氨基酸50.275 kg/t、粗脂肪酸14.025 kg/t、不饱和脂肪酸4.90 kg/t。在重盐碱化样地上可生产原料粗蛋白质1 400.60 kg/hm2、必需氨基酸402.20 kg/hm2、粗脂肪酸112.20 kg/hm2、不饱和脂肪酸39.20 kg/hm2。上述成分可作为开发医疗、保健、营养、食品等生物技术产品的重要的天然原料。 In this paper the studies on comprehensive development of Russian Melilotus officinalis imported from Russia in1999 were summarized. It focused on the new development of the project supported by the special funds of the public welfare industry(Agriculture). The physiologically active components and the structure,function and application of main nutritional components of Melilotus officinalis,and their field production,laboratory detection,extraction and purification processes were introduced and discussed. The field experiments and indoor tests showed that the contents of physiological active components,crude protein, essential amino acid, crude fat, and unsaturated fatty acid in Melilotus officinalis was 32.02,175.075,50.275,14.025,4.90 kg / t,respectively. The production of crude protein,essential amino acids,crude fat and unsaturated fatty acids in heavy saline alkali plots was 1 400.60,402.20,112.20,39.20 kg / hm2,respectively. Those ingredients could be used as an important natural raw material for developing medical,health care,nutrition,food and other biotechnology products.
