摘要 试验以4种酸作为提取剂,研究不同浓度酸提取下维生素C含量的变化,并进一步探讨混酸对测定结果的影响。结果表明,草酸、盐酸和醋酸均以2%浓度提取效果最好,磷酸则以8%浓度最佳,其中2%草酸测定结果最高;2%草酸-8%磷酸测定结果显著高于其他混合酸处理,但低于单酸处理。相关分析结果显示,3种最佳浓度单酸之间相关显著,2%草酸-8%磷酸混合酸与2%草酸和2%盐酸显著相关。 With four acid as the extracting agent, the content change of Vitamin C under different acid concentration by titration were studied, and further the effect of mixed acid on the determination results were studied. The results showed that the most optimum concentration of oxalic acid,hydrochloric acid and acetic acid was 2%,phosphoric acid with 8% as the best, among which the determination results of 2% oxalic acid was the highest. The determination result of 2% oxalic acid-8% phosphoric acid was significantly higher than other mixed acid treatment,but lower than the single acid treatment. Correlation analysis showed,there was significant correlation among three best single acid concentration,and 2% oxalic acid-8%phosphoric acid significantly correlated with 2% oxalic acid and 2% hydrocholric acid.
