襄阳市农业供给侧结构性改革的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of Agricultural Supply-side Structural Reform in Xiangyang City

推进农业供给侧结构性改革,是现代农业发展的迫切需要,是提高农业发展质量效益和竞争力的必然选择。基于襄阳市"十二五"期间农业生产基本情况及在农业供给侧改革实践方面的探索,对襄阳市农业供给侧改革中存在的问题进行了反思,进而提出了推进农业供给侧结构性改革的相关建议。

To promote the structural reform of agricultural supply side is an urgent need for the development of modern agriculture and an inevitable choice for the improvement of the quality,efficiency and competitiveness in agricultural development.Based on the main status of agricultural production and the explorations in practice of agricultural supply-side reform during the 12 th five-year period in Xiangyang,the problems in agricultural supply-side reform of Xiangyang were reflected,and then the relevant suggestions for promoting the structural reform of agricultural supply side were put forward.
