植物营养剂对水稻生物学特性及氨基酸含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用水培法,利用不同含量的植物营养剂溶液培养水稻(Oryza sativa L.),考察水稻根系吸收植物营养剂中氨基酸分子的效果。结果表明,与清水对照相比,利用4%植物营养剂溶液处理的水稻,其15种氨基酸含量和8种必需氨基酸(包含1种半必需氨基酸和7种必需氨基酸)含量均明显提高,分别提高了62.77%和58.22%,并能明显改善水稻株高、绿叶数、穗长、穗粒数等农艺性状。 Different concentrations of plant nutrient regulator were used to culture rice plants with water culture methods,and the absorptive effects of the amino acids by rice roots were analyzed. The results showed that,compared with control,the contents of 15 kinds of amino acid and 8 kinds of essential amino acid(including a semi-essential amino acid and 7 kinds of essential amino acid) of rice plants that treated with 4% of the plant nutrient regulator were significantly increased,and increased by 62.77% and 58.22% respectively. In the meantime,the rice height,green leaf number,ear length and number of grain per ear were also much improved.
