避雨栽培对桃采后MA贮藏生理特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以桃(Amygdalus persica L.)早熟品种金陵黄露为试验材料,以露地栽培为对照,研究了采前避雨栽培对采后MA低温贮藏特性的影响。结果表明,桃是典型的跃变型果实,具有明显的呼吸跃变高峰,避雨栽培显著抑制了桃果实贮藏期间的呼吸释放量,并使其高峰出现的时间较对照推迟;MA贮藏期间避雨栽培桃果实硬度始终高于对照,对照果实硬度于采后第7天开始迅速下降,而处理果实硬度在贮期前21 d变化不大;采前避雨栽培在MA贮藏期间可在不同程度上延缓可溶性总糖、可溶性固型物的变化进程,减少维生素C和可滴定酸的损耗,能较好地保持果实品质。 Using the early-maturing peach(Amygdalus persica L.) variety "Jinlinghuanglu" as the test material, compared with the contrast test of open field cultivation, the effects of shelter cultivation on postharvest ma storage physiology characteristics of peach. The results showed that the peach was the typical jump fruit which had obvious respiration peak. The method of rain shelter cultivation could restrain the respiration release quantity of the peach obviously during storage and delay its peak compared with the contrast test. The firmness of the peach fruit which used the method of rain shelter cultivation is always higher than that of the controlled fruit during MA storage. The firmness of the controlled fruit started to decline rapidly on the seventh day after picking, while there were almost no obvious changes of the processed fruit on the 21 day during the period of storage. Rain shelter cultivation before picking could postpone the change process of soluble sugar and the soluble solid during the period of MA storage. And it could reduce the cost of VC and titratable acidity at cryogenic and MA storage condition. So it will keep the fruit with good quality.
