摘要
为探索红外光谱分析在动物毛发纤维司法鉴定领域的应用,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)法测定6种动物毛发纤维的红外光谱。结果表明,通过各自的特征峰比较可以鉴别出家兔和獭兔毛发纤维,但无法有效区别其他4种动物毛发纤维;通过傅立叶自去卷积技术对狐狸、水貂、安哥拉兔和羊毛发红外光谱进行解析,则可以鉴别这4种动物毛发纤维。
To explore the infrared spectrum application of animal hair in judicial expertise, using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) method to determine the hair’s infrared spectrum of 6 kinds of animal. The results showed that, the hair of rabbit and beaver rabbit could be differentiated through their respective characteristic peak, but other four kinds of animal hair cannot be distinguished effectively. Then using Fourier self deconvolution technique to analyze the hair’s infrared spectrum of fox, mink, Angora rabbit and sheep, the 4 kinds of animal hair could be identified.
