摘要
建立对食品中8种添加剂(柠檬酸钠、乙酸、糖精钠、咖啡因、苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯)分离测定的高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Ultimate XB-C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇和0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.5 m L/min,紫外-可见检测器可变波长程序检测,柱温30℃,一次进样,15 min内完成分析过程。方法简单,快速,对实际样品测定结果满意。
A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was developed for the separating and determination of eight food additives(sodium citrate,acetic acid,saccharin sodium,caffeine,benzoic acid,ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate,propyl p-hydroxybenzoate,and butyl p-hydroxybenzoate. A Ultimate XB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used as separation column with methanol and0.02 mol / L monopotassium phosphate solution as mobile phase in gradient elution. By variable wavelength UV-vis detection,the flow rate was 1.5 m L / min and the column temperature was 30 ℃. 8 additives could be separated in 15 min by one sampling. The method was fast,accurate,and the measured result of practical samples was satisfactory.
