新形势下北京市种业发展的思考

Research on the Development Path of Seed Industry in Beijing City

掌握种业发展现状和科学判断发展形势是探索新型种业体系建立路径的重要内容。北京市种业具有基础性、战略性、知识性和辐射性等特点。促进北京市种业壮大对"种业之都"建设和保障国家粮食安全具有重要意义。总结了"十二五"以来,北京市种业发展取得成效及存在的问题,在对现代农业、科技创新、市场环境等发展趋势进行判断的基础上,从深化协同创新机制、优化种业发展市场环境、建设商业化育种体系、推动种业产业链建设等方面提出了北京种业发展的建议。

Grasping the status and scientifically judging the trend of the seed industrial development are important contents of exploring the effective ways to establish the new seed industry system. Beijing seed industry owns the nature of basic, strategyc, knowledge and radiation, so it has the vital significance to promote the development of Beijing seed industry for the construction of ＂Seed Capital＂ and the safeguard of national food security. According to investigation and research, the achievements and existing problems of Beijing seed industrial since 12 th Five-Year Plan（2010-2015） were summarized up,and then on basis of judgments on the development trend of modern agriculture, technological innovation and market circumstances, suggestions for the Beijing seed industrial development were proposed from aspects of deepening mechanism innovation, optimizing the market environment, constructing the breeding system and promoting the industrialization.
