综合护理干预应用于小儿疝手术护理中的效果分析

Nursing effect analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention used in pediatric hernia surgery

目的研究综合护理干预应用于小儿疝手术中的临床效果并探讨其意义。方法选取2013年1月至2015年1月在宜城市人民医院进行手术治疗的小儿疝患者200例,将患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组患者100例。对照组患者均采取常规护理方法,实验组患者均采取综合护理的方法。结果实验组患者平均离床时间以及平均住院时间均比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者0分以及1分患者均比对照组多,而2分、3分以及4分患者均比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组以及对照组并发症总发生率分别为6.0%、17.0%,实验组患者并发症总发生率明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理总满意度比对照组高,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿疝患者手术时采用综合护理干预,可使患儿住院时间明显缩短,术后疼痛明显减轻,并发症出现率明显降低,护理满意度明显提高,在临床上值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pediatric hernia surgery clinical results and to explore its significance. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015, a total of 200 patients who underwent pediatric hernia surgery in Yicheng City People＇s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group rand experimental group, including 100 cases in each group. The patients in control group were taken conventional care, while patients in experimental group were taken comprehensive nursing care. Results Patients in the experimental group had significantly shorter time away from bed and shorter hospital stay than those in the control group, and the differences were significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. More patients who got 0- point or 1- point in experimental group than those in control group. Experimental group had less 2- point, 3- point and 4- point patients than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The overall complication rate in experimental group and control group was 6.0% and 17.0%, respectively. The difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Experimental group had higher total nursing satisfaction than control group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Patients having comprehensive nursing intervention in pediatric hernia surgery can significantly shorten hospital stay, reduce the postoperative pain, decrease the incidence of complications, and improve satisfaction of nursing care. It is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
