住房的适应性、精细化设计——国外保障房设计实践对我国住房的启示

以国内保障房为研究对象,结合国内保障房建设发展概况并归纳出社区及套型空间品质有待提升之处。文章通过对国外保障房设计实践项目的研究分析,提出街区多元素融合、套型的适应性、精细化设计与多元混居模式等设计理念。

Based on the domestic housing as the research object,combined with the domestic development situation,the paper induces the affordable housing community through analysis of foreign housing design practice project,and argues that there is a bigger space to improve quality,puts forward block multielement integration,model’s adaptability,fine design and multivariate mixed mode such as design concept.
