随着城市的发展,雨洪问题也越来越突出。海绵城市的理念为解决这类问题带来了新的契机和出路。文章在海绵城市理念的框架下,通过分析综合公园的特性和实际改造案例,研究其海绵化升级对宏观城市层面和微观公园层面调蓄雨洪问题的潜力,并探讨了在此理念下的设计原则。

With the development of the city,the rain flood problem is becoming more serious. The Sponge city concept to solve this problem brings out new opportunity and methods. According to the frame of the sponge city concept in this paper,the research is to study the sponge upgrading for city and park to control the rain flood problems potential by analyzing the characteristics of comprehensive park and real case reconstruction.
