厦门大学访客中心结构设计

摘要 基于厦门大学访客中心结构设计存在场地淤泥层厚度深、基坑开挖深度大、抗浮设计水位高、结构超长抗裂等诸多难点,设计通过合理确定结构体系和支护方案、采用基坑支护与主体结构连接的防水体系、旋挖桩与抗浮锚杆结合的抗浮方案;对超长结构采用设置后浇带、计算敞开段楼板温度应力等抗裂措施;并采用(装配箱)混凝土空心楼盖保证地下室净高,达到综合效益最大化。 The visitor center locates in Xiamen University,a lot of difficulties exist in the its structural design,such as thick silt layer,deep excavation,high anti-float water level,super-long crack resistance. A series of measures have been adopted to resolve these difficulties,the measures include rational determination of structural system and supporting scheme,foundation pit supporting and main body structure connected water proof system,rotary pile and anti floating anchor combined anti-float scheme. For the super-long structural member,in order to resist the crack,the post pouring belts have been set,the open section floor section’s temperature stress has been calculated. What’s more,the assembly box concrete hollow floor has been designed to assure the floor’s net height for the basement,to maximize the comprehensive benefits.
