铝框WPC模板是一种采用新型木塑复合材料作为面板与铝框组合使用,采用单顶支撑技术的模板系统。通过在泉州和昌贸易中心项目的运用实验,对该模板的应用特点、工艺原理、施工流程等方面对比分析后,发现该模板系统安装快捷,混凝土构件成型效果好,尺寸精确,与传统的木模板在质量和工期上有优势明显,与传统铝合金模板在成型观感和变更改装上有明显优势,提高工程质量及施工进度的同时有着良好的社会、经济效益,有良好的推广前景。

The aluminum frame is a WPC template using a new type of wood plastic composite panel with aluminum frame as a combination of template system with single top supporting technology. By using the experiment in Quanzhou and Chang Trade Center project,the application of the characteristics,template technology principle,construction process and other aspects of a comparative analysis,found that the template system installation,good molding effect of the concrete structures,precise size,and wood template in traditional quality and duration have obvious advantages,and the traditional Aluminum Alloy in the template molding appearance and change modification has obvious advantages,while improving the engineering quality and construction progress has a good social and economic benefits,there are good prospects for promotion.
