海绵城市建设项目方案的评估是海绵城市建设的一种管控手段,能够有效地指导海绵城市项目建设,顺利完成建设工作目标。文章根据《厦门市海绵城市建设暂行管理办法》,以厦门市海沧海绵城市试点区正顺公寓海绵工程为例,介绍厦门市海绵城市工程技术研究中心对海绵城市建设项目方案阶段的具体评估方法。海绵城市建设项目方案评估包括定性评估和评估定量,定性评估主要评估其设计方案合理性等,定量评估是通过SWMM 5.1构建方案模型,评估年径流总量控制率是否达到规划目标要求,同时根据评估结果提出方案优化建议。
