House Decoration Industrialization Construction

随着生活水平的提高,提升住宅的品质和性能是当前住宅装修建设的趋势。当前住宅装修模式处于粗放型发展模式到集约化发展模式的时期,文章主要对现有的装修模式存在的问题进行分析,提出住宅装修产业化建设,包括标准化设计,工业化生产,现场装配化施工的可持续发展模式,进而阐述住宅装修产业化和建筑主体结构体系的协调建设,最后强调说明推动住宅装修产业化的可持续发展,迫切需要政府和行业的积极参与。

Improving the housing quality and performance is the inevitable trend. this paper shows that at the present stage when the house decoration construction changes from extensive development to intensive development,This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the existing decoration mode,proposes the house decoration industrialization construction,including sustainable development mode of the design standardization,production process industrialization and site construction assembly,and then discusses house decoration industrialization and coordinated construction of main building structure system. Finally,the government and industry are in urgent need of actively participating in development of the house decoration industrialization,so as to promote sustainable development of the housing decoration industrialization.
