Establish a complete concept of BIM software systems

BIM技术应用于国内建设项目至今天已经进入一个快车道,但是大量的从业者对于BIM技术的印象还是停留在一款软件应用上,认为BIM技术不过就是一个碰撞检测软件。这是一个很大的误解,BIM技术实质上是一个软件体系,可以把BIM应用软件划分为从建模软件到运维软件的九大类别,这九类软件分别对应着BIM不同的应用阶段,每类软件都有几种到几十种不同国家、不同公司开发的应用软件,它们互相竞争又互相补充。

Nowadays,the application of BIM technology in domestic construction projects has been entering a fast lane. However,a large number of professionals still have the impression that BIM technology means a software application,which is used to do a collision detection. This is a big misunderstanding. Essentially,BIM technology is a software system. We can divide the BIM application software into nine categories,from modeling to operation and maintenance,these categories are corresponding to different software application stages. Among them,each kind of software has various types,which are developed by different countries,different companies. Therefore,these software are competitive and complementary.
