协同学视阈下的小微企业创新系统研究——以广东省佛山市顺德区星光工程为例

Small and Micro Enterprises Innovation System in Perspective of Synergetics——Take the“Star Project”of Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province as an Example

哈肯的协同学为人类处理复杂系统问题开辟了新的路径,而区域创新是一个受自组织理论和协同规律支配的复杂系统。广东省佛山市顺德区的“星光工程”项目中的1000家小微企业的区域创新过程呈现出了一系列值得深入剖析的现象。第一,从协同学理论的视角对小微企业的创新系统进行构建,分析创新系统内部企业家意识、知识型员工、R＆D能力、资金实力和市场机会的构成,以及技术、市场和设计三维创新驱动力之间的协同关系,分析内部系统与外部环境的输入输出交流机制;第二,以“星光工程”项目为例,分析其创新系统的非线性作用、远离平衡态和系统内部的内在涨落,并探讨了这种研究方法的哲学意义。

Haken＇s Synergetics created a new way for mankind to deal with complex systems issues, and the area innovation is a complex system subject to the theory of self-organization and collaborative law. Some research worthy phenomena emerged in the regional innovation process of 1000 small and micro businesses of ＂Star Project＂ in Shunde District of Foshan City, Guangdong Province. Firstly, to build regional innovation systems for small and micro businesses from the per- spective of synergetic theory, analyze the entrepreneur awareness of the innovation system, intelligent worker, R＆D ability, capital power and market opportunity, as well as the collaborative relationship among technology, market and design, and analyze the input-output communication mechanisms between the inner system and outer environment. Secondly, take the ＂Star Project＂ as an example, analyze the nonlinear function of its innovation system, lack of balance and inner changing of the sytem, and discuss the philosophical implications of this research method.
