摘要
我国铝灰产生量大,资源化利用水平迫切需要提高。介绍了铝灰资源特性以及综合处理利用工艺技术进展,并对铝灰的资源化利用途径和处理工艺进行了探讨。金属铝和氧化铝两种物料的利用是铝灰资源化利用的关键。建议使用电炉对铝灰进行熔炼处理,一方面可实现金属铝的高效回收,同时使用尾渣生产预熔渣等炼钢辅料,可实现铝灰的全部高附加值利用,具有广阔的市场开发价值。
The production of aluminum ash in China is large, and its resource utilization level is urgent need to be improved. In this paper, the resource characteristics of aluminum ash and its process and utilization technology are introduced. Then discussion of resource utilization way and process technology is carried out. The utilization of metal aluminum and alumina is the key to the utilization of aluminum ash. Electric furnace is suggested to smelt aluminum ash. The metal aluminum can be recovered efficiency, and the tailings can be used to produce pre-melted slag and other accessories for steel making. The aluminum ash can get full used with high added value, which has broad market value for development.
