摘要 以国内首个真实应用的煤炭行业BIM项目为背景,介绍了BIM技术的发展情况、行业应用理念和应用价值,重点分析了大柳塔煤矿BIM试点项目的实施方法。针对煤矿行业建设专业协同复杂、井下地质条件多变、缺少精确的地质模型,和施工模拟与工艺流程仿真应用方面的空白,产生的工程变更及预算造价数据不可控等问题,通过建立基于岩层数据库的精确地质模型,并利用三维可视化的设备布置、多专业协同,进行施工仿真模拟等方法,对BIM技术在地下井工矿的应用进行了研究。 As the first real application BIM project of coal industry in China,BIM pilot project in Daliuta Coal Mine is introduced,along with the BIM background,industry application concept and application value. Aiming at the engineering change and uncontrollable estimated cost caused by the complicated inter- disciplinary coordination,unstable geological conditions,lack of precise geologic model,and the gaps in application of construction simulation and process simulation for underground coal mine engineering, through the establishment of a precise geologic model based on rock stratum database,the BIM technology in underground mines and mines was studied and validated by means of 3D visualization of equipment layout,multi-disciplinary collaboration and construction simulation.
