摘要
针对浅埋煤层综采面末采段煤柱留设和支架安全回撤问题,采用现场实测和理论分析对转龙湾煤矿23103工作面末采段进行了研究。结果表明:23103工作面末采段的超前支承压力影响范围约为19~20m,保护煤柱的极限平衡区宽度为4.86m。利用此研究成果可将23103工作面回撤通道间保护煤柱优化为20m,工作面末采段的理论让压位置取5m。经过理论分析和现场实测得出在理论让压位置处无需采取停采让压措施,直接推进即可实现工作面的快速贯通和支架的安全回撤。
According to the problem in reasonable coal pillar width design and safe retracement of powered support at end-mining of fully-mechanized working face in shallow seam,theory analysis and practice method is adopted to research the coal face of No. 23103 working face Zhuanlongwan Coal Mine. The results show that the influence scope of advance abutment pressure at the end of coal face is about 19 ~ 20 m,the width of stress limit equilibrium zone of protective pillar is4. 86 m. According to the results,protective pillar can be 20 m between the retracement entries in No. 23103 working face,the theoretical yield position is 5m,realizing fast coal face connection and safe retracement of powered support,without stopping at yield position,which is verified through theoretical analysis and practice.
