工作面冲击失稳诱因及能量释放激增机制研究

摘要 以开滦集团唐山矿孤岛工作面为工程背景,通过FLAC3D模拟了孤岛工作面回采及顶板周期性垮落过程中埋深、地应力场、煤层倾角及不同盘区回采等冲击地压主要诱因与孤岛工作面采场巷道的应力分布特征间的关系。运用能量理论进一步分析了冲击失稳主要诱因对采场能量分布特征的影响规律,揭示了采动影响下孤岛工作面采场能量释放的激增规律。研究结果显示:随着采深和侧向应力系数的增大,冲击失稳危险区域应力峰值和能量密度峰值均增大并向煤体内部转移;同时,不同盘区回采对已开采场区应力场与能量场均有消弱影响。 Based on the engineering background of island face mining in Tangshan Coal Mine, island face cyclical recovery and the roof caving depth process,the main incentive to pressure stress field,seam dip and recovery and other different extents bump distribution relationship between features and stress island face stope roadway were simulated using FLAC3 D. Based on energy theory,the paper further analyzed the influence of the main incentives instability i MPact on the energy distribution of the stope,and revealed the i MPact of the surge in mining stope island face under the law of energy release. The results show: as mining depth and lateral stress factor increases,the risk of regional instability i MPact stress peak and peak energy density increases,and transfer to internal coal; mining of different panels will weaken the stress field and energy field in mined stopes.
