摘要
为明确灯盏花人工栽培过程中根腐病的防治药剂,以灯盏花(Erigeron breviscapus(Vant)Hand-Mazz.)为试验材料,选取常用杀菌剂(98%必速灭微粒剂、58%甲霜灵锰锌可湿性粉剂、50%福美双可湿性粉剂、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂、30%恶霉灵水剂、58%根腐消可湿性粉剂)作为防治药剂,在温室大棚和大田2种栽培环境下对灯盏花根腐病的防治效果进行研究。结果表明,多菌灵500倍、根腐消250倍和杀菌剂复配剂(复活1号(恶霉灵)+世星(福美双))500倍液处理可以有效地防治灯盏花根腐病的发生发展,且在棚内以土壤消毒剂必速灭和生物制剂根腐消联合使用时效果最佳,说明多菌灵500倍、根腐消250倍以及恶霉灵·福美双500倍稀释液可用于灯盏花根腐病的防治。
To understand the control agents to root rot disease of Erigeron breviscapus(Vant.)Hand-Mazz., 98% Basamid MG,58% Metalaxyl mancozeb WP, 50% Thiram WP, 50% Carbendazim WP, 30% hymexazol AS and 58% Genfuxiao WP were tested in the fields of cultivation to look for better agricultural chemicals for Erigeron breviscapus(Vant)Hand-Mazz. The result showed that 500 times dilution of 50% Carbendazim WP, 500 times dilution of Hymexazol·Thiram and 250 times dilution of 58% Genfuxiao WP had much better control effect that other agents. In addition, Basamid combined with Genfuxiao showed significant control effect in the greenhouse. So, 500 times dilution of 50% Carbendazim WP, 500 times dilution of Hymexazol·Thiram and 250 times dilution of 58%Genfuxiao WP can be used to the control of root rot disease of Erigeron breviscapus(Vant)Hand-Mazz.
