摘要
本文通过对国内外现有研究文献的梳理分析,从专利自身和专利时效角度出发,采用专利申请、授权和无效三个阶段构建新的指标体系。根据指标查全率、准确性和操作性来选取合适指标,对指标体系识别方法中主观性较强的特点,采用主观、客观结合的熵权层次分析法对指标进行赋值,增加了指标间的客观分析,并对指标选取和赋值方法的可行性和科学性进行了验证。最后本文选用新兴电动汽车行业的充电桩技术为例展开研究,通过结合本文的指标体系模型对专利信息进行统计并获得分数,从而得出专利核心程度的排名,通过实例分析验证了本文核心专利识别模型的可行性,同时案例的选取与运用也具有很高的研究价值。
In this paper, through analyzing the existing research literature at home and abroad combing. From the perspective of patent and patent limitation, apply the theory of the life cycle,build a new index system from three stages of the patent application, authorization, and invalid. According to the index recall ratio, accuracy and feasibility to select appropriate indicators, finally increase the objective analysis between the indicators, and verification the index selection and assignment method is feasible and scientific. Based on the charging pile technology in the emerging electric car industry as a case study. The patent information has numerical value processed after collected, then make the patent information more quantitative, and increased the patent objectivity of scoring. Combining the index system of model to mark of patent information, finally according to the degree of patent core ranking we chosen the core of the patent of charging pile technology. In this paper , the core patent recognition model is feasible through verified and analysis the example analysis, at the same time, the selection and use of case has a high research value.
